Thinking back to this time a year ago when we helped plan a three-day reunion in Ellicottville for the most wonderful, warm and inviting family.

From private transfers to Fall Fest to multiple food trucks to live music performances (hence the Ellipalooza theme) throughout the weekend at their home, creating the perfect reunion for every member of the family to enjoy was an absolute blast.

It was so special seeing family members reunite and we’re so honored to have played a part in these beautiful lifelong memories. We loved this event!

Happy anniversary to Liz and Ed! From their first look at Ballyhoo to their first dance to “Stars Are Blind” by Paris Hilton, every moment was filled with personality, joy, and so much fun.

The stunning Forbes Theatre set the stage for both ceremony and reception, adorned with elegant white and green florals, 1920s-inspired desserts, and vintage-style signage. After their first look, the Theatre District provided endless photo-worthy backdrops just steps from the venue.

Guests witnessed Liz and Ed’s vows in the historic upstairs theatre before heading downstairs for cocktail hour and an unforgettable reception. The night hit its peak as cold fireworks lit up the dance floor for the couple’s magical first dance! Congratulations again! 🤍

Happy anniversary to Allie and Ryan! This wedding was the epitome of elegance. Their celebration took place entirely at The Annex, with the bridal suites providing the perfect space for a relaxed morning of getting ready. After the sweetest first look with the bride’s two boys, the ceremony on the patio set the tone for a beautiful and serene day from start to finish.

Carrying their timeless black and white theme into the reception, the space was elevated with the warm glow of romantic candlelight across rustic tables. Guests enjoyed the brides favorite drink, an espresso martini, a decadent dessert table, photo booth, and a lively reception that kept the dance floor full all night long. Congratulations on one year! 🤍

Happy one year anniversary to Grace and Jon!  After getting ready at The Westin, they shared their first look on the steps of the art deco masterpiece that is City Hall. With their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at the Hotel Lafayette, they made the most of each unique space, ensuring every moment was spent celebrating with their loved ones.
The reception was filled with elegant white and green florals that perfectly complemented the bright, airy venue. At each table, guests were greeted with a handwritten note from the couple; a stunning dessert table, homemade jams, and a playful Polaroid seating chart made the evening all the more memorable.

The Scarlett Agency first began with throwing children’s birthday parties for a few family friends. Now 16 years and 500+ events later, they are still some of our favorite events to host! We offer creative pint sized entertainment packages that can elevate any theme you throw our way.

We will provide décor, games, crafts, activities, and a menu that carry your theme out seamlessly - and keep your little guests engaged and having a great time. Some of our favorites recently have been a Barbie-themed Sweet 16, Hungry Caterpillar-themed first birthday, and musical-themed celebrations like Wicked and Hamilton.
