What I love most about this art is the detail I get to put into every single bloom I press. That's also why it can be so difficult and time consuming. The process of taking a live flower (a 3D object) and then flattening it, preserving it using various methods, and often disassembling it, takes time and expertise. But the true art is figuring out how to piece each flower back together in a way that showcases it's uniqueness as the specific type of flower it is AND highlights it's beauty as close as possible to when it was alive. PHEW ..I try my best and sometimes it doesn't come across the way I'm hoping, but sometimes it DOES! 馃槏馃槏馃槏

Guys, it's been a LONG time since I've posted and there's a reason for that.... First of all - DONT WORRY, I'm still pressing beautiful flowers for my clients! But life is constantly throwing us curve balls and we've been dealing with a lot of health challenges with our sweet boys. Because of that I'm behind on orders and I've been working my t**h off to get them completed! Thanks to all my customers who have given me grace over the last few months, I promise it will be worth the wait! 馃挏 Here's a bouquet i pressed for a beautiful bride who waited a whole year for her order and ended up receiving it on her first wedding anniversary. 馃拹
