Meet Chef Jess 🤍— Our new Executive Chef of Beebe’s Bistro and Beebe’s at the Gallery events venue.

You already know her from Oralia—from the addicting tacos, bold flavors, and the kind of food you kept coming back for. Jess returns to Beebe’s stepping into this role with a menu that is entirely her own: coastal European–inspired with a New World point of view. Every recipe was created by Jess, and everything is made from scratch—thoughtfully, seasonally, and with deep care for the craft.

And don’t worry—Oralia isn’t gone. You can still get your taco fix with monthly Oralia pop-ups right here.

Dear valued guests, friends, and what I like to call my "Taco Fam",
After much thought and reflection, I have made the difficult decision to close Oralia. Our final day of service will be 12/31/25 for our ringing in the New Year event with Beebe's and Jazz Buffalo.
I started Oralia while on unemployment from a previous chef position, after a few months of pop ups, I was offered a space to open up on the same day I was also offered a head chef position... I chose to give it a try. Serving this community has been an honor and a joy. I am deeply grateful for your support, your kindness, and the countless memories and chats I have been able to have with many of you. This restaurant has been more than a business—it has been my whole life for just under 3 years, and it’s been my family, because of you. Thank you to my friends and family that have helped me along this path.
I appreciate you for being part of this journey.
