Lara and Alyssa are halfway through a client event for Shell Egg Academy this week in West Lafayette, Indiana! It’s been fantastic so far and we love Beck Agricultural Center at Purdue University as the home base for everyone. Seven years ago we took a leap of faith and started Empowered Events LLC. We were two friends and colleagues who shared a love for creating, planning, and executing high quality events.

Fast forward to 2026 and we can’t imagine life any other way. We are so grateful for our small but mighty team who helps us get things done — and done well. Tonia and Alyssa are integral to Empowered Events and we thank you for all you do!

We love working with our clients, who are smart, creative, do so much good for their industries, and, frankly, are a ton of fun! We are grateful for your trust.

And to our families, thank you for being our biggest cheerleaders and for pitching in whenever we need a little extra help!

Call us crazy, but the fast-paced, sometimes (okay, often!) crazy world of meeting and event planning suits us perfectly. We are incredibly proud of the business we’ve built over the past seven years and the exceptional events we have created for our incredible clients.

What an absolute pleasure to help bring to life the 2026 in Phoenix this week.

The days were long and the schedule jam-packed but as event planners, we wouldn’t have it any other way. 😍

The Phoenix Convention Center was so welcoming and knocked it out of the park with delicious food and incredible service. NPF utilized 11 hotels in downtown Phoenix for its blocks and was with us every step of the way, from site visits to event fruition.

Events take a village and NPF has so many fantastic partners, including USPS, Integress Marketing, .events, O’Keefe Productions, and Vision Collective.

We are incredibly honored to work alongside NPF’s amazing staff and we are grateful for the trust they put in us to ensure a successful event and seamless experience to attendees. ❤️

Cheers to and onward to 2027 in Orlando! 🥂
