It's finally fall! We are already looking forward to the seasons changing and all that comes along with that. Fall festivals, fairs, cooler weather and pumpkin spice everything!
If you're planning on hiring an event entertainer for your events this season, here are a few tips to help ensure you have the best experience possible!

1. Hire early! We recommend you booking your entertainment as soon as you have a date, time and location for your event. The best entertainers (timely, professional & talented) will get booked up quickly this time of year.

2. Plan for adequate spacing - Whether you're hiring a face painter, balloon artist, caricature artist etc. you can expect lines to form around these activities. Your event will go much smoother if you plan in advance for these lines. Mark off where you'd like guests to stand and have a plan on how to close these lines so your performers can finish at the agreed upon time.

3. Mind the Weather - Fall is an interesting time of year, some parts of the country are still brutally hot and others are quickly getting bitterly cold! Performers will deliver their best work if they're not having to suffer the effects of extreme weather. Providing cover, fans, water or heaters if needed is a great way to let your entertainers know you care about their safety while doing what you can to deliver a great experience for your guests.
