Is your XC season wrapping up but you want to keep racing? This is a great year to try Junior Olympics as two meets will be in Buffalo!

Runners are able to register unattached in these meets and you’re welcome to do that. But, if you’d prefer a fun, competitive team dynamic with great coaches and support, consider joining our club and racing for us. We expect complete teams in the following age groups: 9-10, 11-12, and possibly 8U & 13-14. We will also have a few athletes in 15-18, but would love full teams if possible!

Happy National Coaches Day!

Coaching involves being knowledgeable and getting athletes to achieve their best. But it’s also crawling around on the floor, doing hair, putting on a smile in freezing rain, and being willing to completely change the plan when things don’t go as expected. It’s positivity and it’s patience. It’s an almost unreasonable amount of energy, often in less-than-ideal conditions.

So often, a lifelong love of a sport starts with one great experience with one great coach. You all are creating those experiences every day, and I’m incredibly grateful. Not everyone is pictured here, but every one of you plays a part in what we do.

A huge thank you and Happy National Coaches Day to our coaches who help 1,000+ kids, teens, and adults per year learn, improve, and fall in love with track & field and cross country.
