Come on out for Michele's Bistro's German Specialties! Sauerbraten (German style pot roast over house made red cabbage), Chocroute (sliced slab bacon, bratwurst and kielbasa with apples, potatoes and sauerkraut in a white wine sauce), Klopse (German meatballs over egg noodles with gravy), Pierogi's boiled in Yuengling Octoberfest and sauteed with onions and sliced kielbasa, beer cheese fries and all of regular Specialties too!

So excited! It's the one event we turn into Michele's Nordic Bistro and serve housemade Swedish Meatballs with housemade gravy over egg noodles and a Smoked Salmon platter over buttered pumpernickel bread with red onion, capers, and dill sauce! We will also have Iced Coffee! Come on by and grab some yummy goodness!
