This session helps parents and families of people with disabilities understand how to plan today for the life they want tomorrow. Using a “backwards planning” approach, we’ll explore how keeping integrated community employment as a long-term goal can shape the services, supports, and decisions made throughout the years. Service professionals, families, and adults with disabilities can all benefit from attending this useful training.
