Fun for all ages in beautiful Bucksport, Maine! For over 20 years, the Bucksport Bay Festival has brought our community together to create cherished memories—playing on the waterfront, enjoying delicious food, and watching dazzling fireworks with loved ones. Now organized by the Town of Bucksport, we aim to build on these traditions for future generations. Drawing 3,000-5,000 attendees annually, t

he Festival is a vital event that supports local businesses and fosters economic growth in Bucksport and surrounding towns. As proud organizers, we believe the Festival and other town-sponsored programs are key to enhancing our community’s quality of life. Bucksport is a safe, welcoming, and vibrant place to live and work, thanks to its well-maintained waterfront, top-notch facilities, and unforgettable events. Through the Festival, we create lasting memories, opportunities to connect, and a sense of belonging that strengthens our community. Local businesses and organizations are the backbone of this effort, contributing jobs, stability, and generosity that make Bucksport thrive.
