"GROCERY STORE" Flowers are a great option in a pinch.... and, also an inexpensive way to Treat Yourself once a month .... or even Weekly!!!! 💐

I LUV pretty flowers 💐 but, I also like being able to "splurge" on a Budget and look like they came from a florist.... OR, from me....lol 🤣

How do you like to start your day?? I'd love to hear what gets your day going😁

I enjoy a nice cup or, 2 of coffee while I read my Devotion Book in the morning. It's a great way to start my day with positive affirmations.

Today is a great reminder....

Do You Love or, Dislike Carnations?!?!

These Verigated Purple Carnations are really Stunning. 💜 I love how they can enhance an already beautiful flower arrangement. Carnations have a long vase life if cared for properly. And, they actually smell amazing.

Carnations are said to symbolise devotion, love and fascination – they're the perfect swap if you are looking for a change from that bouquet of roses for your partner.

The flowers are said to get their name from the Greek word for coronation because they were featured in flower crowns.

Would you give them a Try in your next flower arrangement or, bouquet???

Where do you even start if you are trying to create a flower arrangement On Your Own?!?!?!?!? ........

It can seem over whelming and just plain CONFUSING 😕 But, I have a tip that will leave you feeling more confident and your flowers looking like they came from your local floral designer 😉

Monochromatic Color!!!!

Monochromatic color scheme is composed of the tints, tones, and shades of a single color hue.

In Other Words......

PICK ONE COLOR and grab a few different types of flowers. Put them all together and it creates Harmony. It works like a charm..... Every Single Time!!!

Add a little greenery.... 3 different types will give your arrangement depth.

Day #2 of Ten

You DON'T have to spend a Fortune of money on Flowers..... But, here's what you CAN DO.....

Would I LUV 💙 for you to order from me?!?!?.. YES!!!

HOWEVER.... that might not always be in the budget. That is no problem.

Here is a Solution to brightening up your living space on a smaller scale..... The flowers I have pictured above are placed on the table in my homes entryway.

Buy, a Dozen of Roses, Carnations or say Tulips at any local grocery store. Take them home....

🌹Find a few "Bud Vases" or, even small canning jars.

🌹Give the stems a trim with a 45° angle cut.

🌹Clean off any leaves that would be in water in the vases.

🌹Use Warm water 💧 Flowers drink that easier than cold water.

🌹If you have a packet of Flower food from the store.... Use It 😁 If it wasn't provided, you can use either a dash of Sprite soda and/or a Few Drops of regular bleach in the water. It helps keep bacteria at bay.

🌹Place 3 Flowers in each vase/jar and place around your house. Keeping them out of direct sunlight will extend the life of those beautiful flowers.

🌹Change the water at least every other day and give a quick trim to the stems to allow them to continue to stay hydrated.

🌹A vase at your entryway is a great way to lift your spirits after a long workday.

🌹Place a vase on a nightstand by your bed or even on a makeup vanity will help start and end your day.

🌹Main Bathroom or powder rooms are also places we forget to decorate.

When you actually ABSOLUTELY LUV YOUR DENTIST OFFICE .........

They Alerted us to a Health Issue that some call the "Silent Killer"..... VERY HIGH Blood pressure in one of my family members. They cared Enough to be Firm with their recommendation to get checked by a Doctor A.S.A.P.!!!

So....
This is what you do.... make a Beautiful Flower Arrangement to show your Appreciation!!!! The Entire Staff has been so wonderful and welcoming since moving to Arizona from New Jersey 2 Years ago!!! Usually, people avoid the dentist 🙄

The Smiles on the faces of the Gals in the office made my day and, I was informed that I am now considering "Family"!!!!

Happy Mother's Day!!!! 💐

This day can bring so many emotions....

Sending LUV 💙 to any Momma that is dealing with a loss of a child.

Sending LUV 💙 to any Child that is dealing with the loss of a mother.

Sending LUV 💙 to anyone that longs to be a Momma and is Navigating the journey to conceive.

Sending LUV 💙 to my Military Mommas that can't be with their Children Today.

I personally have a mixed bag of emotions today. Having recently lost my Mother In Law and, also loosing someone that was like a son to me last year... It's hard!!!

But, I am so Grateful that I am a Momma to 2 Amazing Young Men!!! They make me so proud and I absolutely LUV 💙💙 spending time with them.

Wax Flowers (SHOWN) are Where it's At!!!

Reasons I REFUSE to use Baby's Breath...

✅️ It's Soooo Dated 👎

✅️ Not Creative 🙄

✅️ It SHEDS A LOT!!! 😵‍💫

✅️ It can actually cost you More Money 💸 💰 🤑 💲 💵 💸 in the long run ....

It takes so much more than you could imagine to fill arrangements, bouquets 💐 and, especially when used in Large Installations for Weddings.

And, ....... Drum Roll ....

✅️ BABY'S BREATH STINKS 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢 like a Garbage Can....lol. 🤣
