Michelle’s Mingo Catering is so excited to get the ball rolling on this new adventure and we can’t wait to start the new year with ALL new things including our first ever FOOD TRUCK! This menu includes our all time favs but we will also do some seasonal specials including the famous vegetable beef soup and chicken n’ dumplings! 😋😋

February is going to be BIG, so get ready! I will be available SEVEN days a week for food truck services, catering, food drop off, and MORE!
