As a wedding planner, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing countless beautiful moments, but there’s something truly special about the private last dance. It’s a quiet, intimate moment away from the crowd, where the newlyweds can reflect on the whirlwind of emotions, memories, and love they’ve just shared with everyone.

In the midst of all the excitement—guests laughing, dancing, and celebrating—it’s easy to forget that this day is the beginning of something incredibly personal and profound. Taking that last dance together, just the two of you, allows you to soak it all in and create a lasting memory that is just yours.

Whether it’s a slow, meaningful song or a playful twirl, this moment is a reminder of what truly matters: the love between the two of you, the journey you’ve just started, and the beautiful life ahead.

As your planner, my goal is to ensure every moment, including this one, is thoughtfully crafted to reflect your love story. So, when you take that private last dance, remember it’s more than just the final song—it’s a chance to pause, breathe, and savor the magic of the day. ✨

True Story: the original window panes selected for the seating chart just weren’t working, like barely sitting on the easel and just an accident waiting to happen. A risk we weren’t willing to take. So, we went back to square one - “What was it that our bride loved about those window panes and how can we make it happen with what we have?”

Fast forward about 10 minutes.

The seating arrangement was placed down on a different window pane and we hand wrote the title on the top.

That’s what our Day of Coordination is all about… being able to take your beautifully planned day and bring it to reality all while embracing the shift to make your day even more perfect. 💫
