I returned to school in 2006 to earn an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts, with honors, from the Art Institute in Houston, TX . In 2008, we started D'Vine Cuisine which allowed us to put to use my passion for cooking and our combined passion to serve others. Let us help create lasting memories around your table.

Meet Chef Billy and Kantessa
Proud Aggies and Owners of D’Vine Cuisine

What began as a 20-year hobby became something much more. Their shared passion for bringing people together around the table laid the foundation for what would become D’Vine Cuisine.

Today, they continue to work side by side to create experiences that extend beyond the plate. For them, true hospitality is found in the thoughtful touches, the warm welcome, and making every client and guest feel genuinely cared for.

This philosophy remains at the heart of everything they do.
Memorable Food.
Remarkable Service.

A little taste of Cabo, served right here at Supper Club. 🌴✨

Inspired by Chef’s summer trip to Cabo, this month’s menu brought a little bit of Mexican-inspired flair to all four courses.

Our guests chose between sous vide picanha with red chimichurri butter or a Mexican-style porchetta, served alongside fried fingerling patas bravas with garlic aioli and tri color carrots with herbed vinaigrette.

Other highlights include fried plantain chips paired with shrimp aguachile, a roasted beet salad with arugula and watercress greens, topped with pickled red onions and aged cotija, followed by a roasted sweet potato flan with cinnamon toasted meringue.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for another night of memorable food. We can’t wait to see you next month!
