What a day! 🤍 While we’ll always love a beautifully styled tablescape, it’s the hugs, laughter, and little in-between moments captured on film that tell the whole story..

C + D’s June wedding at The Harpswell Inn was filled with all the details we love about a Maine summer celebration. Blue-and-white patterned linens, delicate garden florals, a sailcloth tent beneath the trees, and an afternoon spent celebrating with their favorite people.

As their partial wedding planners, we had the pleasure of bringing the final pieces together, coordinating their vendor team, and making sure the day flowed seamlessly.

THIS is a Maine wedding day. 🤍

R + Z started their day with a church ceremony in Boothbay Harbor, then stepped into a vintage car for portraits around town before heading to the waterfront for the kind of cocktail hour that we dream about all winter long..

Harbor cruises for their guests, oysters straight from the raw bar, cocktails on the dock, boats passing by in the background, and that late-September light over the water. Then everyone headed into the shipyard for family-style dinner, live music, and a full dance floor to finish the night.

We love a wedding that feels completely connected to where it’s being celebrated, and R + Z’s could not have felt more like Boothbay Harbor. ⚓️

Can you believe it’s almost October? These sneak peeks feel like the sweetest send-off to summer wedding season in Maine..

P + C’s day moved from a ceremony tucked into the grove to cocktails in the barn and an alfresco family-style dinner beneath the late-summer sky. And can we talk about that serpentine reception table?!

The winding tables, layered botanical linens, wildflower inspired florals, and candlelight created a dinner setting that felt completely at home among the apple trees. A September wedding day we will never forget. 🤍

Sneak peeks from a day that we already want to relive! 🤍 X + J’s late-summer wedding at Wander at Longwoods feels like Maine at its very best..

A sun-soaked ceremony tucked into the field, soft purple and green florals, the dreamiest sailcloth tent, layered patterned linens, candlelight, and so many personal details woven throughout the day. And once dinner wrapped, the celebration carried inside for first dances, ice cream, late-night snacks, and plenty of time on the dance floor.

We loved helping bring all of the moving pieces together for these two, from coordinating their vendor team and wedding-day flow to making sure they could actually slow down and enjoy the celebration they had spent so much time planning.

Lakeside wedding, but make it a whole weekend mood.

H + J’s day at Sunningdale Lodge felt like grown up summer camp: barefoot energy, a tent tucked into the trees, pastel florals, live music, a packed dance floor, and the kind of cocktail hour that makes guests forget dinner is still coming.

From lakeside vows to mini lobster rolls, signature drinks, wood-fired pizza, and a sunset that deserved its own moment, every part of the day felt easy, thoughtful, and completely them.

Proof that a Maine wedding doesn’t need to feel overly formal to feel unforgettable.

Reminiscing on August wedding days we wish we could bottle up forever…

M + E’s late-summer celebration at Cliff House Maine was colorful, coastal, and full of personality from beginning to end.

An oceanfront ceremony framed by the most incredible florals, cocktail hour by the coast, luggage-tag es**rt cards, family-style dinner, and custom matchbooks at every place setting.

We joined this sweet couple as their partial planning team, helping bring all of those thoughtful details together and making sure the weekend they had envisioned could simply be enjoyed once it arrived.

Every great wedding tells a story. This one just happened to begin on land and continue by sea. ⚓🤍

K + K’s celebration was a perfect reflection of coastal Maine. A heartfelt church ceremony, a ribbon-filled exit, a private boat ride across Boothbay Harbor, cocktails overlooking the water, dinner beneath a sailcloth tent, golden hour by the coast, and a dance floor that kept everyone celebrating long after sunset.

As their planning team, we were there from the very beginning, helping shape the vision, coordinate the vendors, build the timeline, manage the logistics, and bring every moving piece together. By the time the wedding day arrived, our job was simple: make sure everything unfolded seamlessly so this sweet couple could be fully present for every moment.

A + K spent their wedding day exactly as they should have: soaking in every moment together while we handled everything happening behind the scenes.

As their day-of coordination team, we stepped in to execute the vision they’d spent months creating. We kept vendors aligned, the timeline moving, guests where they needed to be, and every transition seamless so they never had to wonder what came next.

The result? A day that flowed naturally from one beautiful moment to the next. Oceanfront portraits. A candlelit sailcloth tent. Heartfelt speeches. An unforgettable dance floor. And so many moments that deserved to be fully lived, not managed.
