Lakeside wedding, but make it a whole weekend mood.

H + J’s day at Sunningdale Lodge felt like grown up summer camp: barefoot energy, a tent tucked into the trees, pastel florals, live music, a packed dance floor, and the kind of cocktail hour that makes guests forget dinner is still coming.

From lakeside vows to mini lobster rolls, signature drinks, wood-fired pizza, and a sunset that deserved its own moment, every part of the day felt easy, thoughtful, and completely them.

Proof that a Maine wedding doesn’t need to feel overly formal to feel unforgettable.

Reminiscing on August wedding days we wish we could bottle up forever…

M + E’s late-summer celebration at Cliff House Maine was colorful, coastal, and full of personality from beginning to end.

An oceanfront ceremony framed by the most incredible florals, cocktail hour by the coast, luggage-tag es**rt cards, family-style dinner, and custom matchbooks at every place setting.

We joined this sweet couple as their partial planning team, helping bring all of those thoughtful details together and making sure the weekend they had envisioned could simply be enjoyed once it arrived.

Every great wedding tells a story. This one just happened to begin on land and continue by sea. ⚓🤍

K + K’s celebration was a perfect reflection of coastal Maine. A heartfelt church ceremony, a ribbon-filled exit, a private boat ride across Boothbay Harbor, cocktails overlooking the water, dinner beneath a sailcloth tent, golden hour by the coast, and a dance floor that kept everyone celebrating long after sunset.

As their planning team, we were there from the very beginning, helping shape the vision, coordinate the vendors, build the timeline, manage the logistics, and bring every moving piece together. By the time the wedding day arrived, our job was simple: make sure everything unfolded seamlessly so this sweet couple could be fully present for every moment.

This is what “present” looks like. 🤍

A + K spent their wedding day exactly as they should have: soaking in every moment together while we handled everything happening behind the scenes.

As their day-of coordination team, we stepped in to execute the vision they’d spent months creating. We kept vendors aligned, the timeline moving, guests where they needed to be, and every transition seamless so they never had to wonder what came next.

The result? A day that flowed naturally from one beautiful moment to the next. Oceanfront portraits. A candlelit sailcloth tent. Heartfelt speeches. An unforgettable dance floor. And so many moments that deserved to be fully lived, not managed.
