I’m beginning the early stages of planning a fundraiser. For those who aren’t aware, I have pretty severe back and leg problems that aren’t getting better. I’ve quit my “day job” under the advise of my doctor, which makes paying bills a bit of a problem. I know this isn’t the ideal time of year for people to come out for barbecue, so I’m looking for dates with better weather. I’ll be keeping y’all informed and give heads up before everything is finalized. Thank you all for the support.

The Bacon Vorhees page is back! Hoping to get reviews up soon. At the moment I'm still only taking orders for whole briskets and turkeys (legal issues), but I should soon have everything ironed out to CATER!

Been having some issues getting up and running. I can still cook whole briskets, turkeys, or other meats for anyone who wants one. Remember, you don't get to the top of the food chain eating veggies! Merry Christmas!

With the holidays fast approaching, it's time to think about those big family meals. Do you want to tie up your kitchen and stove for hours? Let me smoke a whole brisket or turkey for you!
