GRAZY TRAIN UPDATE!

Electrical is done, floors are done, and sinks are going in this week!!

I didn’t choose the color inside, but if you’ve been coming to B&B long enough, you know that I just can NOT escape this green. It literally just finds me. 😂😭 We’ll be fixing that.

In the meantime, we ARE still open! It’s relatively cool today, but still iced coffee weather IMO.

We’ll see you later and can’t wait to show you the next steps on the food truck!

It’s official: we have MATCHA! Available in store only for now, it cannot be ordered online.

Speaking of online: we’ll be documenting our food truck journey on TikTok, , and we’d love for you to follow along! We start sanding and painting this week, and I’m excited for you guys to see what B&B looks like behind the scenes. It’s messy, it’s chaotic, and it’s one of my favorite things I’ve ever done. 🥹

I said we had an announcement last week, but as I started typing, I had a lot more to say than I realized and needed a little while longer to find the right words.

So let’s start with the fun part: WE GOT A FOOD TRUCK!

We’re still in the process of finishing it out and getting the permits, so you’ll know when I do when we have a hard launch. This wasn’t part of the plan for another couple of years, but when your prayers get answered, I’ve learned not to question the timing. 🫠😂

Brie & Bartlett has changed a LOT since I started it in 2021, and I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about what I want the next chapter to look like. And the answer is pretty simple, honestly: more of what we do best. Catering, charcuterie, and drinks, oh my!☕️🧀

Don’t worry, the café isn’t going anywhere ❤️

Going forward, we’ll be putting a bigger focus on events, catering, and taking B&B out into the community that got us here in the first place. I can’t wait for you guys to see what we do next. 🥹

We had the honor of doing one of our signature grazing tables for Members Night at the Vault, as well as a few toasties, baked potato bites, and smoked salmon + roe canapés for THE Foyt drivers!! In fact, I had so much fun that I forgot to take more pictures than this. 😂

HUGE thanks to the Vault for trusting us with this experience and letting me use your fabulous kitchen (which is bigger than my entire storefront). This was the most fun I’ve ever had on a job and I got to meet SO many incredible people!

Our little shop got to cater for Larry Foyt and and I’m still overwhelmed with gratitude and disbelief. 🤯

(The song felt like the obvious choice. 😂)
