Hello Kings and Queens my name is Kashoin I am a Plant-based specialist I only cook plant-based meals unless my clients want me to slowly transition them to plant-based food I also do meal prep. I do not use any dairy products no meat products unless requested no bleached products no artificial sweeteners or colors I cook with organic vegetables and all plant-based ingredients. I love to cook for

our Chakras colors because you are what you eat my plant-based meals are very flavorful, fulfilling, seasoned to perfection, and have lots of colors in it. I have many delicious Plant-based meals that I am ready to share with my clients or potential clients just because it's not meat doesn't mean it's not good. Let's live a healthy lifestyle and eat healthy while we are here on earth Let's love our mind, body, and soul through food and let's feed our spirit with the foods we need to keep us strong mentally, physically and spiritually.
