Happy Friday! Let's kick off the weekend with a classic!

Add 1/2 oz. Crème de Cassis (Chambord also works well) to the bottom of a champagne glass. Fill with a dry sparkling wine (we like Scarpetta Prosecco) and garnish with a rose petal or pomegranate seeds.

Our new obsession: Decadent Saint Passionfruit Ultimate Mixer - perfect for a hot summer day!

The Hot Afternoon:
1 oz Plymouth Gin
2 Oz Passionfruit Ultimate mixer
Shake vigorously with fresh mint
Pour in glass and top with seltzer water
Garnish with a mint sprig

The Frozen Fireman:

2 oz. Mango Coconut Rum
1 cup frozen strawberries
6 oz. Mango Juice
Pour in blender and fill halfway with ice.

Serve blended drink with a garnish of fresh mint.

Celebrate the first day of summer with some summer essentials: Rosé, mint, and raspberries!

1 oz. Chambord
4 oz. Rosé wine (we like Bieler Pere et Fils Rosé)
A couple of mint sprigs
4-6 raspberries (frozen work great too!)
Shake all vigorously in a shaker with ice
Strain over fresh ice, top with soda, and garnish with a raspberry and mint leaf.
