Events life: 10% glamour, 90% loading docks.
We asked our team to share their best (worst?) snaps from site visits — and, well, they delivered.
Back hallways. Sleeping room bathrooms. Empty ballrooms. Electrical cords. Handwritten notes. Measuring doorframes. Timing the walk from the dock to the ballroom. Bats (unfortunately, not a typo).
It’s not necessarily pretty and it’s definitely not on the hotel website. But it’s how we anticipate and catch issues before your guests do, whether we’re sourcing or dotting all the i’s and crossing the t’s on the final planning site.
