At NVIDIA GTC, our team landed in San Jose with one mission - to transform a 30x30 booth space and an empty parking lot into unforgettable Lenovo branded experiences.
The booth turned into a bustling center of activity, featuring Lenovo Workstation Solutions, Liquid-Cooled Hybrid AI, and an immersive AI Fan Experience that let attendees virtually suit up in their favorite team’s jersey, driving more than 200 meetings and over 4,000 leads.
The parking lot became a full-scale Lenovo Hub — an oasis in a sea of tech — with 4 executive meeting rooms, 9 product demos, community seating, and a courtyard hospitality area nestled among native plants. The Hub also hosted two evening events, including one with former US soccer star Landon Donovan.
A takeover of local specialty coffee shop Voltaire served 2,500+ complimentary cups to GTC badge holders and the Lenovo Passport Challenge drove attendees across all three activations for a chance to win FIFA World Cup tickets, pulling in 400+ registrants.
GTC is one of the biggest stages in tech and the Lenovo x NVIDIA partnership is one of the strongest in the industry. These activations reflected both — and we were proud to help bring them to life.
