Spend the day celebrating olives, mushrooms & country living right here in the Brooksville area. 🌿

This FREE local event will feature olive-growing seminars, extra virgin olive oil tastings, hands-on activities, mill tours, mushroom education, Mushroom Chili and more!

🍄 Motherland Fungi will be joining the fun! Come visit our new grow house, learn about growing and foraging mushrooms, and join us for a medicinal mushroom tincture demonstration.

Whether you’re coming from Brooksville, Weeki Wachee, Spring Hill, Hernando County or the greater Tampa Bay area, make a day of it and experience something a little different! 🌱

These are photos of unripe olives. It’s NOT time to harvest them yet, it’s looking like another 2 weeks or so. Our new mill house is up and ready to mill.

It's Mill Time Again! Our new mill building is ready to go. Bring us your olives to be milled into the highest quality extra virgin olive oil beginning August 10th @ 8am.

The burn ban kind of gummed things up last season so we have scheduled the new PIT FIRE for the date of November 13th, 2026 @ 7am. No charge to put pieces in the fire pit. You may use your own clay or purchase some from us. Please register in advance for the pit fire. If you have pieces from last season please bring them. Can't wait to make the cement planters with you all Saturday September 26th. They're really cool and super fun to make. It came out so nice that I didn't need to paint it. See you all in a few months.

We’ve been working hard at The Olive Grove preparing for an exciting Fall Harvest Season filled with fresh extra virgin olive oil, delicious food, beautiful workshops, live music, memberships, and unforgettable experiences in the orchard.
From harvesting olives and planning new workshops to creating new seasonal products and events, there’s been so much happening behind the scenes — and we can’t wait to share it all with you.
We’re also excited about the growth happening here at the farm, including Motherland Mushroom’s new grow house featuring fresh gourmet mushrooms, and the continued expansion of The Olive Pit Natural Foods with new wholesome and delicious offerings for our guests.
We’d like to share our Fall Workshops and Memberships for this season, along with harvest celebrations, Sunday lunches, creative classes, olive oil tastings, seminars, and more.
Thank you for supporting our dream and growing with us season after season. We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone back to The Olive Grove this fall!
