As an event planner/coordinator, my job is to make your event as beautiful as you dreamed it would be and to be sure that the day runs smoothly. My service begins with the pre-planning of the table arraignment and linens for the day of event setup, including: runners, sashes and centerpieces/décor. I will oversee your ceremony rehearsal and coordinate the processional and recessional. I will coord

inate all vendors on the day of the event (and prior to event, if needed), including: the horse & carriage and giving instructions to the DJ/Band about introductions, toasts, cake cutting and first dances. Guests will be guided to the ceremony and invited into the reception for introductions. I will attend to any circumstances that may arise during your event. And finally, I will gather the special items (guestbook, cake knife, server) before I clean up the party.
