We just got our 2027-2029 calendars in, and believe it or not, we're already booking events for 2027.
The good news is that we still have dates available in 2026, but they are starting to fill up.
A lot of people think it's too early to book, but it really isn't. Weddings, class reunions, retirement parties, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, family reunions, and corporate events are often planned a year or more in advance.
If you already know your date and venue, we can get you on the books now with a signed contract and a small deposit. From there, you're welcome to make monthly payments, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event.
The best part? You don't have to have every detail figured out today.
Maybe all you know right now is that you'll need bartending service. That's enough to secure your date. As your plans come together, you can add catering, signature cocktails, mocktails, hydration stations, charcuterie displays, late-night snacks, s'mores bars, cake topping stations, and more.

We’re always making changes for the better.
I came across a setup recently that really caught my eye, and it honestly made me rethink a few things. I want your event to feel beautiful when you walk in not just functional, but really put together in every detail.
We’re looking at switching up our table linens and I’d love your thoughts. What do you prefer flowing, floor length tablecloths or the fitted stretch covers where you can still see underneath?
The stretch covers are clean and simple, but the floor length look just feels softer, more elegant, and more finished.
We’re also thinking about offering them in black and white so we can match different vibes whether it’s something soft and romantic, modern and bold, or layered with florals, candles, and draping.
