I feel there's a massive gap that needs a ton of improvement that most salons miss the mark on.
I've worked in Many New York salons over the past decade and The Fake promises, Lack of customer service & The Over lapping/Double booking clients just to make more $$ with zero regards for their clients time and plans has been a major issue.
