“Working with Brittany for our wedding day was amazing! She quite literally brought my Pinterest board to life and then some. She was very responsive, collaborative, and was super unique and creative in her designs. Brittany used the most beautiful arrangement of flowers for my bouquet, our tablescapes/decor, and even our chuppah. She was also very accommodating/flexible to make things work for our budget. This week all of the flowers we used were grown locally and sourced from our friends which was a real treat and a bit of an indulgence for moi.

We prioritize using locally grown product but it’s challenging. From a design perspective there’s less of a selection to choose from (which is actually the fun part of the challenge) and financially it can be costly. Part of that is just because of how I like things.

I like to use *at least* 5 different ingredients in my designs. I like a lot of different shapes and textures and movement. I like a lot of blooms and minimal greenery. I like it to look like a Dutch painting. I want you to notice something and sit with it. I want you to feel something. Because that’s what this is all about for me. 🖤

Sage and lavender and plum and deep burgundy to create this winter wedding for L + M at The Bowery Hotel. If I could a pick a hotel to live in (a literal dream of mine) it would be here (shocking, I know). We love to lean in to the decor and moodiness of this space. And to do it with an incredible vendor team puts the cherry on top!
