Here at Whisper and Brook, we like to take an organic approach to every one of our bespoke designs. We create each floral piece in a similar fashion to how nature already grows. Our inspiration starts in a little European garden; bringing aspects of the garden, the old world architecture and seasonal foliage found around us. Our goal is to then blend these natural elements with your unique story, to create whimsical timeless designs. We desire that our arrangements hold the lushness of an overgrown flower bed. We want our bouquets to move the way ivy grows up an old stone home. Mingled and unified with your own story, it is sure to create a one-of-a-kind wedding bound to be remembered.

Inspired by the iconic Prospect Park Boathouse wedding venue in Brooklyn, this spring wedding editorial was created in partnership with Elizabeth Hall Events and an incredible team of New York wedding professionals.

The Boathouse’s signature green tiled ceilings became the inspiration for the floral palette, pairing lush greens and soft whites with blush and unexpected touches of mauve. The result was a romantic, artful approach to spring wedding flowers in New York City.

For the spring wedding bouquets, delicate blush Lily of the Valley and soft white Sweet Peas created an airy, romantic feeling inspired by the abundance of May. Throughout the ceremony and reception, viburnum, parrot tulips, lilacs, lisianthus, nerine lilies, hellebores, and hyacinth brought texture and movement to the floral design.

One of our favorite details was the way we reimagined hyacinth flowers. Individual blooms were carefully wired together to create an entirely new, delicate floral form — a subtle detail that made the wedding floral design feel truly bespoke.

The green and white floral arch and lush reception tablescape were layered with pops of mauve and seasonal fruit, including juicy figs, pears, and Concord grapes. Every element was considered to create an immersive luxury wedding tablescape that felt connected to the architecture, the season, and the romance of a Brooklyn spring.

A garden-inspired wedding at historic Glen Foerd Mansion on the Delaware River

A+P’s Philadelphia wedding was designed to feel as though the gardens surrounding the historic 1850s Italianate mansion had slowly made their way into every part of the celebration

For the ceremony, lush floral gardens lined the aisle and created a romantic backdrop for their vows, complementing Glen Foerd’s Italianate architecture and boxwood-lined gardens.

During cocktail hour, guests were surrounded by floral busts before making their way to the outdoor tented reception. Three lush greenery chandeliers draped in smilax vines hovered above the dance floor, while a custom greenery lattice wall transformed the bar into another garden-inspired focal point.

Every reception table was thoughtfully layered with artfully designed floral compotes, ornate glass bud vases, antique trays, and blue taper candles. From the sweetheart table to the cake table, no detail was left untouched.

The result was an immersive garden wedding in Philadelphia that was romantic, layered, and designed to feel completely at home within the historic beauty of Glen Foerd.

A spring garden brought to life at the Philadelphia Country Club.

For this romantic Philadelphia wedding, we created a floral design inspired by the feeling of dancing through a spring garden — the softness of wildflowers, the warmth of candlelight, and the beauty of natural, elevated textures.

Loose, garden-inspired floral arrangements filled the Philadelphia Country Club with seasonal movement and romance, layered with soft linens, organic textures, and the glow of candlelight. Every detail was designed to feel effortless, lush, and deeply rooted in the beauty of spring.

A beautiful celebration planned and designed by Arielle Fera Events, and one of our favorite examples of how romantic wedding flowers can transform a wedding reception into an entire atmosphere.
