Going back to my roots today for block party. Fun fact, I first played at The Lot in May 2016 (bare walls!) as a baby DJ when I was interning for Discwoman and met Kimyon and Juan Atkins that day, no big deal! Very grateful for all the many ways The Lot has evolved over the past decade and so grateful to be a part of their incredible community. Today we celebrate a real cultural institution of Brooklyn :) I play from 6-7pm before special guest , an encore for last nights incredible party if you will. Impeccable music all day long! I wanna see all my friends at once!

Tonight is the second to last night of my 2025 residency at Nowadays and I’m overjoyed to welcome a true jewel of Detroit . After dancing on many of his dancefloors across NY, US and Europe it’s a pleasure to welcome him back for what is guaranteed to be a lovely night of music.

I’ve chosen 10 of my essential Marcellus Pittman tracks / records from my collection to commemorate, plus a personal favorite photo I snapped of Marcellus at the Three Chairs reunion show in Detroit May 2025.

what a transformative summer it’s been. i’m kicking off a beautiful month of music this weekend with a big one. i’ll be hosting marcellus pittman for my residency night at nowadays on friday, playing a set for our favorite local radio station’s block party on saturday, and bringing it home with lovie + berlioz in the ruins at knockdown on sunday. ticket links are in my bio and my list is open for friends + poc. it’s truly a pleasure to serve you. let’s dance, word to alice!

On Sunday, I have the distinct honor of playing a 3-hour B2B with in the Nursery at to close out the daytime portion of his Fred P Invites takeover at . When it comes to NY’s house music legacy, Fred is in a league of his own, infusing his spiritual and afro-futurist sensibilities in his deep and meditative rhythms with notes of jazz and techno. He’s also an equally gifted selector. As a NY native with a shared penchant for deepness, it’s an honor to be invited to play with someone who has so inspired my selection and ethic. The lineup is stellar all day with kicking things off in the Nursery and all night, with in the Atrium, .bungalow in the loft, and Fred in the sound room all night. I highly recommend. this upcoming weekend is a special one as I have been invited to play on this gorgeous lineup curated by the folks at + . for enjoyers of disco, house, and the spectrum of upful dance music, this one will activate at .nyc with the daytime portion happening in the outdoor space ( on the system not to be missed) and the night time session indoors with . as someone whose musical palette has been deeply influenced by chicago’s underground house music scene and GU’s work in particular, it’s an honor and pleasure to be invited to play on this one. many thanks and much love to and the crew :)

peace family + happy friday ⋆˙⟡♡ after a two week hiatus I’m feeling replenished and ready to pump tonight for what promises to be a magical time at . it’s a locals night and the material is right baby! i play 2-4am in studio but both rooms will be fab open to close. this party is aligned with ’s boycott initiative to provide alternative options to the boiler room event happening at under the K bridge this weekend. come dance and treat yourself for a good cause. see you there ⋆˙⟡♡

Portraits from Love From The Sun’s Juneteenth celebration are live on the page. Not only were we able to cover all expenses and pay our community members, we also raised a collective $6,010.68 for and ’s Shut Rikers Campaign. Many thanks to all contributors and to for matching.
