Commercial audio is where preparation meets problem-solving.
Available for commercial, branded, and production audio work.
I served as the Audio Recording & Playback Engineer for a two-day commercial shoot for Comcast, produced by VaynerMedia & Eva Nosidam Productions.
The project was part of Comcast Presents: Redefining Connectivity, a social-first campaign using music as a metaphor to explain concepts like latency, reliability, & speed.
The shoot centered around a studio pianist, w/ audio captured direct out from the grand piano rather than via microphones to maintain both aesthetic & sonic control. This required precise sync w/ video, timecode awareness, & consistency across hundreds of takes.
During rehearsal, timing & performance challenges emerged due to the musical composition & its relationship to visual pacing. While outside the original scope of my role, I worked closely with the composers and production team to establish a repeatable performance workflow that allowed takes to remain consistent & editorially usable.
In addition to live recording & playback, I also handled detailed take-sheet notes to support post-production & editorial selection.
This was my first full-scale commercial shoot — and a great reminder that strong audio engineering is just as much about listening, adapting, & collaborating as it is about the gear.
Grateful for teams that trust collaboration and problem-solving on set.
