Hey friends 👋 I hope your summer has been treating well. We've been enjoying ours in my home town of Columbus, OH, and are soaking up all the grass and fresh air we can out here.

I couldn't resist setting up a garden party for some girl friends when these gorgeous roses bloomed in our yard and I brought out my grandma's old china 💕 It was sweet and special and such a gift to be with some of the friends I've missed so much.

I know not everyone can say they're doing so well these days, and my heart goes out to each of you. Don't give up, and keep your friends close. No doubt that we need each other ❤️

Looking for a fun craft project for your quarantine days? These DIY paper stars are totally worth your time and would be super cute for a kids bedroom (or an adults 😉), not to mention a party. I've repurposed them so many times and they never get old.

All you need is some card stock (or poster board), a ruler, and a star template (easily found online). Happy crafting! ✨🌈

5 years of love + life with this wonderful man, ❤️ I am so blessed to call him mine, and I still can't believe it's true 😊 I used to think I'd never find such an amazing man, let alone find one who would ever love me. But God is so kind and so good, and he gave me more than I ever deserved or dreamed in Tony. It's an honor to be his wife, and I can't wait for 50 years more of it ❤️

P.S. our anniversary was yesterday but it was such a full day I didn't have time to post 😊

Can't wait for the days when I can twirl around in a pretty dress under some twinkle lights again.👆☺️

In case you forgot what day it is, it's Friday 🙌 For me that means I get more help around the house and with the kids 😉 My 3 yr old + 15 mo old keep me plenty busy in these corona times, though I must confess my oldest watches a lot more shows than she used to. We're all just doing our best to get through these crazy times, and that looks different for everyone.

I've seen a lot of thoughts shared online about the various COVID statistics + guidelines and how people are responding to it, and I just want to encourage you friends that whatever you're doing, you're doing a great job 👍 There's so much uncertainty, anxiety and confusion around all this, and it isn't easy for anyone to navigate. No one has all the answers, no one is 100% right, and we all want the best for ourselves AND others. So keep keeping on and doing your best, and be proud how far you've come!

I hope in the days to come, we'll see more encouragement, grace and kind dialogue around what our world is going through, and come out more united because of it ❤️
