It was an honor to open on Friday! Taking the club from 0 to 100 is such a rush. I got to play some tunes that mean a lot to me; representing musical styles and artists who don't get much time on the city's big stages, and showing a new audience how I groove.

The response was fantastic. I felt the love. Seeing so many familiar faces in the crowd made my heart happy. Meeting a bunch of new people was a thrill.

Massive thanks to & for bringing me on. The whole crew was welcoming and supportive. 🖤

Here's a treat: on Friday, February 20th at 11pm, join me at as I open the night for and !

This is a particularly exciting opportunity for a number of reasons:

Our musical styles fit quite nicely together, as they have similar energy and groove, with the sound design being the difference. So, if you enjoy what I do, you'll be dancing your butt off all night.

I plan on playing some artists and labels that have never been heard on any of the city's big sound systems - and SILO has the most powerful of them all. I'm positive that fans of the other artists will enjoy it.

This is also a big debut for me, personally. I'm very appreciative of for this opportunity. It's been a goal of mine to get here and I'm grateful to get to set the foundation for the night.

My year's end was intense and emotional, but I have stepped through the threshold. 2025 was about showing myself that I can do the things I set my mind to. I can.

This year is for new challenges. I'm back in Bushwick, ready to take them on.

That was an incredible night!

Dark n' Groovy was conceptualized while I was in Berlin. Inspired by the culture of dance music there, I wanted to capture it and take it home to Brooklyn.

Honestly, our parties have been nice already, but people who haven't been before have no idea how good it is. Every event is an opportunity to bring new people into the community and show them how we do it. Saturday was a perfect example.

Y'all came to DANCE! I threw down a fun set that I'm proud of (it's up on SoundCloud) and the other DJs killed it. had a pitch-perfect opening. .hertz went crazy af. showed everyone what "dark & groovy" is all about. 🖤

Last night, I played my heart out in Leipzig.

The DJ booth was in the center of the room and the people were there to dance. I took over at 4am and played until about 7:30am.

During the previous 3 weeks in Berlin, I was learning as much as I could from the DJs there. I came away inspired and much wiser.

My set last night distilled everything I had learned into a journey through the full range of my sound. From bouncy and fun, to dark and driving, to funky and weird.

The crowd was there for every minute of it. I was being fed spliffs, joints and coffee from different directions. They even had me do an encore. Afterward, I was overwhelmed by the appreciation.

I am so grateful to have had this opportunity and humbled by the process through which it arrived.

Huge thank-yous go to .music and the crew for believing in me and putting me in that situation. Thank you to for creating such an awesome, safe environment where people come for the music. Thank you to the whole @44.hertz crew for your hospitality and wisdom in the weeks before.

Now, the long journey home.

🖤 Our special guest DJ is .hertz, who is a UK-based artist with wildly fun original music that will make you bounce and flow.

🖤 The night's curator, plays to the dancer in everybody. There's undeniable groove and emotion in every selection.

🖤 Our late night conductor embodies "Dark n' Groovy" like no other. Spicy, slithery sounds will tickle your ear while your body bops.

🖤 will open the night in dark & groovy style. Her taste for twisted selections and undeniable basslines fills the floor from the start.

The venue has plenty of space and seating, there's an outdoor terrace, and we'll have coat check. We have fresh fruit for the dancefloor. 🍓🍇🧚‍♀️

Berlin! It's been a dream to share my dancefloor style here, and now, with the help of some distinguished friends, I'm livin' it!

On this trip, I will play with 3 collectives that each do something a little different, but which we aspire to do in Brooklyn. I'm here to learn.
