Immigrant-owned and staffed restaurants are reporting slower traffic and staffing challenges that they attribute to ramped-up ICE activity. Nadia Wotrang, owner of Nadia's Jamaican Kitchen in Brooklyn Park, said her business has dropped by 50 percent over the last few weeks, noting a particular drop among her Somali customers. Marna's Eatery, a Costa Rican-influenced restaurant in downtown Robbinsdale, has experienced similar struggles.
