Last night was one of our favorite events of the year and is one of the most collaborative events we host!! The Got Milk Gala is a five course plated meal with food and wine pairings for each course! The Dairy Fest Planning Committee puts in so much work to ensure this event goes perfectly!

Here is a little sneak peek at the courses from last night as well as the behind the scene staff who make this event possible!! It was all hands on deck last night to make sure everyone attending had the best time!

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for the Memorial Day Program at the Dacotah Bank Center. Seeing our community come together in reflection, remembrance, and respect was incredibly meaningful.

Today is more than a holiday. It is a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of those who gave everything so we could have the freedoms we enjoy each day. We remember them, we honor them, and we hold their families close in our hearts.
