This business didn’t start with flowers… it started with tents.

Hi friends! 🌿

For those who don’t know the backstory… I moved to Brookings in 2017 after working as a florist in Metro Detroit. In 2020 I started Avigail’s Events when I realized our area didn’t have tent rentals or covered outdoor spaces for events.

That one idea brought me right back into the wedding world. Soon wedding planning followed, our rental inventory grew, and when the local flower shop closed, I stepped back into floral design and opened my shop.

Today everything we do lives under one roof. Our Flower House is where flowers, weddings, rentals, and celebrations all come together in a space meant to feel welcoming and a little magical.

We’re now bringing everything together under one name: Our Flower House by Avigail’s Events, with a brand new website and logo that really reflect who we are.

There’s nothing that hits quite like homemade boiled bagels the morning after you say “I do”. Today we will have these perfect bagels available for sale at Our Flower House from 9am to wherever they sell out. Located in Brookings on the corner of Willow and Art Walk Alley.

This is the most spectacular arrangement. It’s packed with all gorgeous exotic flowers from around the world. I feel super blessed to get to create this kind of work. If you live in Brookings and want to see it in person, you can head down to Local Roots in Harbor!

Hey folks! Check out our petite venue all dolled up with another lay out and different vibe. I love working with my clients to create the environment that represents them. We provide all rentals, design & florals! Any one who has come into my shop can say that it’s never the same twice and if you ask me, it only gets better!

We are based in Brookings, OR and that is where our venue is located less than a mile from Capella by The Sea and 15 minutes(12 miles) from Secret Beach. You can rent this space out for any thing from a dressing room/ getting ready/brunch space before ceremony, or for your reception afterwards.

Our Flower House is celebrating a special birthday!!! Happy birthday Noel!!! Some of you might recognize him as the guy setting up your rentals, delivering your flowers with a smile or running around doing all the things- wish him a happy birthday if you see him!
