Call us today, we do fill up very fast. Now booking for 2026, 2027 and 2028. Ability to rent at 9 am until 1 am. With Saturday rentals all day only $2000.

Rental Hall now booking for remaining open Fridays and Sundays in 2023 still open and open to book for 2024 already. We book up fast so do not delay.
This is only $125 per hour fee. Option to book from 9am until 1am or anytime in-between if needed. We have a large building in Brookfield that we offer usage of the entire building for your private event. Weddings, Birthdays, family reunions, Quinceanera - sweet 16, celebration of life, retirement party, vow renewals, baby showers and etc. All are welcomed, no need to ask or wonder. It is only $125 per hour. You set up the tables and decorate how you like. These photos are examples of how others imagination has saved them thousands. You can bring in your own food, buffet, potluck style etc. and drink/refreshments as well just another way to save money. We do not require any certain vendor's so you can save, and we allow you to have DJs or a band for your event too. Heck you can even hold the ceremony on one side and the reception on the other.
