I made my first canvas banner for the sweetest book sleeve makers around! This was made as a table cover, but it could easily have grommets to be hung up! It was a fun project and I hope to do more soon! Also, these book sleeves make great gifts, hit up to get yours ordered!

My latest furniture makeoversā€¦this hutch belonged to my parents, I donā€™t remember a time when they didnā€™t have itā€¦I used it for a few years, little sister used it (and painted it) for a few years, and now big sister gets to use it for a few years! My son and his wife bought the console table and were so kind to let me paint it for themšŸ˜‚ I think they both turned out great!

A few weeks ago I touched up paint in my now married sons rooms, only to find out it didnā€™t quite matchā€¦so I decided on a totally different color in one, a light coral/terracottaish color, and did a simple mural in the otherā€¦which then led to redoing the upstairs bathroom that my daughter now has all to herself, and of course I didnā€™t get a before pic of the dark navy paint except where the backsplash will cover, but she wanted a light blue, which turned out real pretty!

Iā€™m a sucker for free furniture.. especially when itā€™s beautiful! A friend of mine asked if I wanted this dresser, obviously I said yes! I gave it a make over using furniture paint, it goes on like butta! And my favorite for getting hardware back to its shiny shelf is ā€¦lots of work, but so satisfying!
