Sunday Michelle’s sons, Brendan and Nick, treated her to a cooking lesson to celebrate Mother’s Day. What a great experience to share! They started off with pizza, half peppers/onions, half pepperoni. Then they made potato gnocchi and meat sauce, and ended with almond-apple turnovers. What an awesome meal! My house smelled amazing.
Come, let’s cook again!

Sunday was a wonderful combination of good, fun, and a reunion with three of the four people that came. John won a GC and came to redeem it. Not to miss out on the delicious fun that was going to happen Jim, Christine, and Sharon joined. They made Peking dumplings, pork chops with spring vegetable stuffing, asparagus risotto, and tiramisu. They were very busy but made amazing food. So much fun, let’s do this again!

Did you know I have the BEST job?!?! Thursday I got to cook with 5 awesome girls and had such a good time. They were adorable, sweet, and good little cooks! Isla, Charlotte, Sophia, Margaret, and last but certainly not least Harriet cooked marinara sauce and chicken cutlets and turned these into chicken Parmesan. They also baked some chocolate chip and marshmallow cookies.

Tuesday I got to cook with Eli and what fun we had! He came up with an awesome menu. He made honey glazed spatchcocked roasted chicken and raspberry chocolate brownies! Yum!! Keep cooking Eli and come again.
