Summer coming camp is over for 2025. I am thrilled that we had a great summer cooking with some pretty awesome kids. Speaking of awesome kids, Andrew ended the summer with us. He is quite the little cookee. Below is a picture of him with his ratatouille. Omg!!! You rock, Andrew! Have a great school year. Can’t wait to cook with you again!

What a great way to start the week, cooking today with Joshua!! He’s looking forward to his senior year at OAHS. For his first time cooking he made breaded chicken tenders and mashed potatoes. You did a great job, Joshua! Enjoy your senior year. Next time…lasagna.

Another Friday has come and gone. Friends Lily, Emily, and Rylee came to cook with us this week. Hope they had fun and learned some cooking techniques!

Another week of cooking has flown by and it’s Funday Friday again! Maddie, Avery, and Aria cooked and baked and made amazing food. Today they made carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, vanilla cake with chocolate frosting and Italian anise cookies! You girls were terrific! Keep on cooking!!!

Funday Fridays come every week, and they’re always great fun. This week’s awesome cookees: Sam, Leila, Cricket, and Juliette breezed through the week’s recipes and really honed their cooking skills and enjoyment of the entire process. You kids rock!!!

Funday Friday hits again! This week’s cookees: Cora and Athena, and Evan and Declan had the kitchen sending out amazing aromas. They cooked all week long with enthusiasm and created delicious meals. Friday they chose to make strawberry cupcakes w/strawberry buttercream, turtle brownies, apple cider donuts, and vanilla and chocolate ice creams! Wow! Great week, kids, enjoy the rest of the summer.🩷

The first week of “Claudia’s Kids’ Cooking Clinic” has ended and what a great week we had! This week Mackenzie, Katelyn, Isla and Lennon joined us on our journey around the world. They loved their trips and the foods the made from those countries. Funday Friday was today and the girls made amazing desserts. Your kids rock! Keep cooking. Have a great rest of your summer and great school year ahead. See you next year.😘

Saturday the bride, Ali, was treated to a cooking party by MoH and included mother, mil, sil, niece, and college friends. They started off with tomato bruschetta and humus. Made home raviolis and cavatellis with a meat sauce and marinara sauce. Finished the meal with chocolate mousse. What a great time they had and we had! Thank you ladies! Best wishes for many decades of love and good health, Ali. And Keri, you’re next!!!

It was Christmas again Friday when Sam used his Santa GC. His request? Chicken Yakisoba and French macarons! Sam you never cease to amaze me, awesome job!!! See you in a few weeks! Little sister Sophia stepped in for some additional cuteness.
