☁️ Oh baby, this one has my heart 🤍🩵

Easily one of my favorite installs of the year!

We created this dreamy, cloud filled setup for the sweetest baby shower, complete with layers and layers of blue + white balloons, our custom backdrop, and handmade wood details including the hot air balloons, clouds, and a personalized Luka James sign 🥰.

And the cutest coincidence? The baby’s first AND middle name are the same as my Luca’s, just spelled Luka instead. 🥹 So needless to say, this one felt a little extra special to create.

I absolutely loved getting to bring the entire vision together from start to finish.

Congratulations to the parents to be and sweet baby Luka James! 🤍🐣🍼

I’ve done so many installs for Stacy I have lost count 😅😂. But this one is one of my favorites ☘️🏈.

Thank you Stacey for having me do balloons at another one of your epic birthday parties! I can’t even imagine what the next one will bring 😆👏🏻🎉

Year ✌🏻 of doing a birthday garland for little Miss Maddison 🥹🥰💘🩰🎀👑

This year I created the sweetest Disney princess themed garland to match her princess party 💅👑🎂

And how cute are the little princess cutouts her mom made for the garland ?! 👏🏻🙌🏻👏🏻🙌🏻

Happy 3rd Birthday Maddison 🥰🥳🎉

Another day, another install I am super behind in sharing with you all! 🙈😅.

This lemon themed bridal shower at shadowlakegolfandrestaurant was such a breath of fresh air to create for a repeat client! And she gifted the cute lemon 🍋 garland to us after the event which I was more excited about than I probably should be 🤣🤣

I have had the busiest balloon season since starting my business but you wouldn’t know it because I am so behind with posting my installs 🙈🙈😅.

Please forgive me and enjoy me spamming your feeds for the next few weeks with the past few months of ballooning I have been doing! 😆

This was a 10ft balloon garland with florals, covered arch backdrop and custom wooden sign rental for the cutest baby shower back in July 🥹 💕🌸💐🌺🌷🐣

Three days. Three events. One very special install. ✨

We had the opportunity to create this balloon installation for a series of wegmans employee appreciation events, and this was such a special project for us. ❤️

We’ve been fortunate enough to work with Wegmans multiple times now, and every time truly feels like an honor. They are always such a pleasure to work with, and seeing the amount of thought and effort they put into celebrating their employees makes these events even more meaningful.

Feeling incredibly grateful for opportunities like this and for every client who continues to trust Premier Event Rentals NY with the big moments. 🤍

Did you know we offer grab & go garlands? These garlands are a great option if you have a tighter budget to stick to or just need something quick and easy to add to your event! These garlands are a lower price per foot and include a pre assembled picture to make setup easy!

Here’s how it works: you inquire with us, Caitlin preassembles your garland, packages it up and includes extra string and clips if needed for hanging and then you come pick it up!

POV: you say yes to a MASSIVE balloon install and then remember you have to actually blow up all of those balloons. 😂🎈

This gorgeous cabana themed baby shower was a collaboration with my friend rebeccauntamed of Untamed Events, and I am SO proud of this one.

This is one of the largest balloon installations I’ve done thus far and officially the largest one I’ve ever done completely by myself. 🥹

Hundreds of balloons, a whole lot of pink and yellow, and one gigantic OH BABY sign later… 💕☀️

Worth it 💗

I’m incredibly proud of this one! Not only because of the size of the install, but because it’s one of those moments where I can really step back and see just how much Premier Event Rentals NY has grown. 🥹💗

We had the pleasure of creating this custom “Where in the World Are You Sitting?” seating chart for a wedding yesterday! 🌎💍

Featuring a world map and destination-inspired table names, this seating chart was the perfect way to bring their love of travel into their special day. We also created the coordinating welcome sign highlighting where their story began, where she said “I do,” and where they said “I do.” ❤️

Thoughtful details like these are what make a wedding feel truly personal and uniquely yours.

Thank you, Maria & Samuel, for trusting us to be part of your special day! 🥂

She’s fresh off the market 🌹🪻🌸🌺🌷🌻💐

Such a cute bridal shower theme and garland 🥰

Did you know we can custom make signs for your event? Our client wanted a sign with the theme on it to tie everything together, we said say less 🥳🎉🍾
