We encountered Dream Face Art at a small event in Berryville VA. They were doing face painting and balloon art. I was around them for a couple of hours at the event and just wanted to leave a comment because I was so impressed with their talent & work. They were busy painting and making balloons for several hours out in the hot sun. Their work is wonderful and they are pleasant, hard working people. I would definitely hire them for an event.
