Last week at the Maine Maritime Museum for their Japanese Themed Ports of Call tasting dinner and presentation!

The menu featured:
- Ahi tuna dusted with coriander and finished with a blood orange ponzu paired with sake
- Wasabi and honey glazed salmon on wakame paired with plum wine
- Smoked pork fried rice paired with Sapporo
