Silver Threads Country Catering I operate from my home and am licensed through the Dept. Of Agriculture. My inspection rating is 100 I sell baked goods on order November - April.

I specialize in home baked cakes , yeast breads , sweet breads , cookies , gluten - free cakes & homemade chicken salad. You can come visit me at home or at my local Farmer's Market. Our Market season is May - October in Johnson City.

Hi everyone, Joe & I are back and will be setting up tomorrow, October 12. We'll have all your favorites and cream cheese filled pumpkin rolls as. well. We're looking forward to seeing everyone for the final stretch of our market. Hard to believe there's only 3 left this season. It's going to be a beautiful day so come out and shop until you drop.

Ready for another market day in Johnson City. Back by popular demand, Cream Cheese filled Pumpkin Rolls. After tomorrow we'll be on vacation for the next 4 Saturdays. Never fear we'll be back October 12th for the rest of the market season. The last day will be so much fun, with a Fall craft fair and Halloween costume contest the vendors will be vying for best costumes. Hope to see you soon.

Thankfully we're feeling much better and will be back to JCFM tomorrow from 8-1. Come early for the best selection.

As much as I hate it Joe and Janice Blevins, Silver Threads Country Catering, are going to have to miss the JCFM this Saturday, August 24. We both have picked up a really bad cold/cough, not covid thank goodness. We hope to be able to come back next Saturday.

We're Back !!!!!!!!!!! Janice & Joe will be back tomorrow August 17. Janice has been feeling a bit under the weather and won't be bringing as many large cakes as usual. I make 15 different kinds of cakes and will have one of each. If you have a preference you'll need to get to the market early. It will be first come first serve unless you call and reserve a particular cake . We're looking forward to being back and seeing all your faces.

Yes, Silver Threads Country Catering will be back at the Johnson City Farmers Market this year. Our first day is Saturday , May 4 from 8:00 to 1:00. We'll have some new Gluten free products and some new cakes and breads that aren't Gluten free. Come check us out. We're looking forward to seeing you all.
