If you were a fan of local professional wrestling in the mid 2000s then you know Steve Fury. He was a legit 7 footer that did moves off the top rope and was genuinely a spectacle. When John Hawkins brought him in they ran the gauntlet in Kingsport for years.

During those days Steve had a massive fued with Ray Idol. It was a no brainer to bring Steve in for his first wrestling appearance in years…

August 23rd we will remember a staple of Professional Wrestling in Northeast Tn.

I met Ray Idol well over 20 years ago at an APW show in Bristol. We always got along, we had numerous matches together. Later on in life he was a mentor to my children through the School System. When Coach Trey Leonard passed away a few years back Ray contacted me and we worked side by side to help Jessica out with an insane show at the middle school. His son Shawn and his family have became family to me over the last year or so through softball. I am absolutely honored to take on the task and give this man a fitting tribute.

We also have one of the hottest free agents in the world that night in Shotzi. She was an absolute star in the WWE and WWE NXT.
