The entire team has been busy the last many months dreaming up this special harvest party! Behold, the schedule of events! It’s going to be a great time for all ages- we hope to see you there!

Alas, the final live music and taco night is upon us! We’ll see you Wednesday, October 7th from 5-8pm. We hope to be outside for this last hurrah of the season, but we will move inside the barn in case of rain.

There will be *three* sets of music this week, starting at 5:30pm.
-Set one: Stay at Home Wilburys with Nate Gusakov and friends
-Set two: Ryan Ober and Lowell Thompson
-Set three: Albany Sound featuring Lowell Thompson michael chorney Pat Melvin Jeremy Frederick

Food and Drinks: 5-8pm with las hermosas tacos and drinks/snacks/sweets from us. Warm apple c***r and fire pits will keep us warm and toasty!

Greyson Ersick will be here offering tarot readings!

Come one, come all to feast and revel in the beauty and bounty of harvest season with us on Saturday, October 24th from 3-9pm!

Atlantic Crossing with caller Don Stratton will kick off the night with a square dance in the barn at 3:30pm. We will break for a pig roast style feast (vegetarian ticket available!). Then Sonido Mal Maiz will evoke warmth and festivity with all their rhythmic goodness for more dancing and spirit lifting. It will be a grand ol’ time and we hope to see you here!

Throughout the evening, there will be nature craft tables (for all ages!), flower crown and wand making, henna with , tarot readings with Greyson Ersick, and other harvest festivities.

About the artists:

Atlantic Crossing has been rocking the contra dance halls of New England and beyond for three decades. Their music is drawn from the Celtic traditions of the British Isles as well as from Maritime and French Canada.

As a dance caller, Don Stratton brings a welcoming and relaxed style to the mic. He has called throughout Vermont and in surrounding states. His repertoire includes modern New England contras as well as southern squares and big circle dances.

Sonido Mal Maiz is a Vermont based musical group that explores the psychedelic side of Latin music, weaving modern and traditional rhythms from the Americas.

Fall stays at the inn are filling in. We have seven thoughtfully restored rooms in our late 1800s farmhouse inn and restaurant. Mark your calendars! September 23rd-October 2nd we will be celebrating Oktoberfest at The Tillerman! Alongside our normal dinner service each night, there will be a nod to Bavarian food and drink in each section of the menu. Soft pretzels, brats, schnitzel, kraut, flammkuchen, drinks and sweets…and the list goes on! The menu will change slightly from week one to two. It’s going to be a great time- so stop on by! Reservations can be made via Resy.
