This is going to be a great opportunity to continue to show more of the state what SmokinTempsBBQ is all about!! We hope that all the Fathers' are enjoying the nice weather and some "Smokin" BBQ of their own today! We wouldn't be the men we are without you continously guiding and pushing us as men. After more than 15 years in fine dining kitchens, I’m bringing my passion for food and live-fire cooking to the community.

EMBER is built around three simple elements:
FIRE • CHARCOAL • SALT

Using traditional Japanese Binchōtan charcoal and techniques, I’ll be serving bold flavors inspired by my time in kitchens across the United States.

You’ll find EMBER at Farmers Markets, Pop-ups & Private Events.
