Smokin' Temps Nation! We need your help! We are looking to expand our menu options to better serve our customers! Currently Ribs and Burnt Ends will be added as well as our options for Smoked Cheeses. However, we want to ask all of you what you would like to potentially see and order!? Please keep in mind that we will have to go with the most popular and have a limit, but we really want to try to gauge what all of you would like us to offer!

From this moment forward we will also be buying and smoking as well as preparing our own pork bellies (a.k.a. bacon) (outside of a butcher) to incorporate into all that we have to offer with bacon! We hope that this will add more of a homemade feel to our dishes as well as elevate more flavor in those dishes!
