Each member contributes skills and experience collectively required to achieve success in supporting and developing U.S. fencing athletes, coaches, officials, and the sport. ey. It demands a comprehensive and well-rounded group of committed individuals who can work together effectively and efficiently against established and well-defined goals. The ADAEF team comprises an exceptional group with a sharp focus on a clearly articulated mission, working steadfastly to truly make a difference in U.S. As a new organization, much work remains to be done, and there will always be objectives to be met. Whether the task-at-hand involves finance, coaching, management, promotion, or sport development, ADAEF continually strives towards building a better world for our fencers, and relentlessly hones its craft for their benefit.
