Dear Valued Customers,

As we approach the holiday season, I hope this message finds you well. The cooler weather here in New Jersey is a clear indication that Thanksgiving is just around the corner.

This year, I want to inform you that Chef Jeff will be offering a limited Thanksgiving menu. Due to a recent total shoulder replacement, my culinary capabilities have been significantly affected. As a result, I will provide only roasted turkey and gravy, with no side dishes.

I understand that many of you look forward to my traditional Thanksgiving offerings, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you would like to order a turkey and gravy for Thanksgiving, please let me know, and I’ll make sure to prepare it for you.
