🚨 A Change to How We Share Photos of Children 🚨
With the rapid advancement of AI and recent changes and legal challenges surrounding AI-generated CSAM, we’ve made the decision to become even more cautious about how we photograph and post children online.
At Glittering Grotto, the safety and privacy of the children we paint has ALWAYS been incredibly important to us. 💜
Moving forward, we will:
✨ Ask for permission before sharing photos
✨ Avoid posting identifying information alongside photos
✨ Crop or blur faces as much as possible
✨ Choose not to post a photo at all if we have any concerns
We know our posts are full of happy memories, colorful face paint, and adorable little faces and we love being able to share that joy with you. 🥰
But a child's privacy and safety will always come before a Facebook post.
We would rather be overly cautious than take even the smallest risk with a child's image.
Protecting their childhood is more important than getting the perfect picture.
Thank you for understanding and supporting Glittering Grotto as we continue to put kids first. 💜🧜♀️✨
