LULU'S CITY SMOKE WILL BE OFFERING A SPECIAL SUPER BOWL LV MENU IN CELEBRATION OF THE BIG GAME ALONG WITH OUR REGULAR MENU FOR NEXT SUNDAY. THE SPECIAL SUPER BOWL MENU WILL NEED TO BE ORDERED AHEAD OF TIME AND BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP OR DELIVERY.

THIS WEEKEND, TODAY AND TOMORROW, I MADE OLD FASHIONED CHICKEN SOUP AND CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP.
BOTH ARE MY MOM'S RECIPE AND BY FAR THE BEST CHICKEN SOUP YOU WILL EVER EAT. IT SEEMS LIKE THE PERFECT DAY AND NIGHT FOR A BOWL OF WONDERFUL SOUP.

Happy Friday Everyone...It's Lulu's City Smoke and it's December 4th and less than a month we will offically close out 2020 with very few regrets.
This weekend we made two special, My Mom's Old Fashioned Chicken Soup and A Vegetarian Stuffed Holland Pepper with asparagus, crimini mushrooms, zucchini, yellow squash, roasted peppers, fresh spinach and maui onions.
Our Pies this week are Chocolate Pecan and Apple Crumb.

Lulu's City Smoke couldn't think of a better day to make a pot of Vegetable Barley Soup (Vegan) to warm up a chilly rainy day and cool weekend.
Happy Friday everyone and hope everyone is safe and healthy.
Today and this weekend we made and are offering A Fresh California Artichoke completely cleaned and filled with a Grilled Vegetable Stuffing.
We also are offering and made A Harvest Cobb Salad with Grilled Wild Nova Scotia Salmon Filet. Our salad is filled with Organic Butter Lettuce, Native Grape Tomatoes, Persian Cukes, Roasted Honey Butternut, Roasted Parsnips, Grilled Satur Peppers, Sweet Red Onion, Fresh Avocado, Radish and Hard Boiled Egg with our Saffron Dressing.
I hope everyone enjoys Halloween in their own safe way.
Remember Fall "behind" Sunday Morning. Turn the clocks back one hour tomorrow night. Dress warm and live deliciously...

Lulu's City Smoke has wonderful specials tonight and this weekend. We roasted organic Acorn Squash and blended it with our fresh cranberry sauce and our roasted fresh chestnuts for an amazing vegetarian entree or a wonderful side.
We smoked two Organic Free Range Turkey Breasts, sliced and paired it with our Smoked Turkey Cobb Salad.
We also baked a fresh Honeycrisp Apple Pie.
Our entire menu and our specials can conveniently be delivered to your home... even in the rain.

Lulu's City Smoke wishes a Happy Friday to Everyone...
Fall weather seems to be visiting us this weekend so we thought making a fresh pot of Our Old Fashioned Chicken Soup would be the perfect answer as a great meal this weekend paired with a loaf of fresh Challah or crusty bread and some sweet butter. Our soup is loaded with organic root vegetables including parsnips, celery root, sweet potato, carrots, celery, turnips and sweet onions and loaded with fresh chicken. We only ever use organic free range chicken. You have the option of us adding fine egg noodles if you would like to your container. We add them separately so the noodles don't get over cooked. It's a perfect fall meal for either lunch or dinner.
Our Fresh pie this week is Fresh Peach. Late season local sweet peaches are still available from the farmers market.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. In case you are not aware, we design and create custom and tradional cakes and confections for our Lulu's City Smoke events which we cater. Flavors of our cakes and fillings are endless, but we only make them to accompany our Lulu's City Smoke catering. If you are planning a special celebration or event, allow Lulu's City Smoke to make your event taste amazing. Some of our designs are below.
This weekend we baked a fresh Blueberry Pie.
