The time of year for party tastings! Trying to show both the palate and the eyes how great a dish with late summer intentions can be in the midst of a North Atlantic deep freeze.
We showcased this with both a Goat Cheese AND a house made ricotta made with milk and a honey drizzle and a rasher of grilled baguette on which to slather the cheese to give our clients a choice

That time of year...party tastings! Trying to convey how a dish intended for a late August wedding will taste during a deep North Atlantic freeze.
We showcased this with both a Catapano Goat Cheese AND with our House Ricotta made with Mecox Farms with some North Fork sourced honey to give our special clients a choice to select for this Heirloom Tomato and Grilled Peach Composition.
