Happy Birthday to the woman behind the reason we call Flower Bar so much more than just a flower shop! 💐🤍

Not only is Michelle an amazing boss, but she is an incredible mom, leader, and friend. She is someone you can truly count on in every situation, and she has created something so special with Flower Bar — a business that feels more like a family.

As a team, we wouldn’t have the success we do today without her. She teaches us, guides us, supports us, and isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty or jump in to do the hardest jobs alongside us. She leads by example every single day and shows us what it truly means to be a great leader and an even better friend.

We couldn’t ask for a better person to learn from, work alongside, and call our boss. Here’s to another year of happiness, success, and many more birthdays to celebrate together! 🥂💐

We love you, Michelle!
Love, your entire Flower Bar family 🤍
