This is the creation of a PUBLIC page to discuss, interpret, and OBJECT to the variance application that will be heard before the Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment, Nov. 6th at 7PM, Council Chambers, 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick NJ. Further information regarding the application will be posted publicly on this page shortly. Please share, invite, and plan to attend the meeting. This application is regarding an expansion of business in a strictly residential neighborhood in Brick NJ, (Cedarwood Park), the creation of a commercial parking lot in a residential zone, and the creation of a commercial driveway in a residential zone, closer than legally allowed to a major, busy, and dangerous intersection. Residents of Brick must be present on Nov. 6.
