Everyone sees the finished graze table.

The overflowing cheeses, perfectly placed fruits, fresh florals, and beautiful presentation.

What they don’t see:
The early morning shopping trips
Hours of prep and slicing
Loading and unloading the car
Setting up every single detail
Rearranging until it’s just right
The heavy lifting
The dishwashing
The cleanup
The late-night tear down

Behind every beautiful graze table is a whole lot of hard work, planning, and love.

And honestly? That’s my favorite part.

Because creating experiences that bring people together is worth every minute behind the scenes.

So while guests enjoy the finished product, I’m grateful for the opportunity to create something memorable for them.

People often ask me how I do it all.

This might not be a glamours photo but it’s real life as I homeschool and run a business , while trying to be the best mom !

The truth is, I don’t do it alone.

While I’m creating boards, planning events, and growing Lavish Grazing, my kids are right alongside me in the everyday moments, helping where they can, learning responsibility, problem-solving, communicating, and seeing firsthand what hard work looks like.

They may not be building the boards, but they’re learning life skills that matter far beyond the business.

One of the greatest gifts entrepreneurship has given me isn’t just the ability to build something I love but it’s the opportunity to teach my children what dedication, service, perseverance, and teamwork look like in real life.

The business is mine, but the lessons we learn together are something we’ll all carry for years to come.

My catering company is bigger than charcuterie or meals.
